Where we begin

What if the problem was never that you didn't want it badly enough?

Most of us know what we want long before we understand why we keep moving away from it.

It might be more money or a business that finally works, a relationship that feels safe, or simply a different way of living, and consciously you're very clear about it. But then, almost without noticing, another sentence shows up.

I want to be visible, but I don't want people judging me.

I want to make more money, but I'm afraid of what people will expect from me.

I want love, but I don't want to lose myself again.

That second half matters, because it shows you what the desire has quietly become tied to, whether that's pressure, or exposure, or the fear of losing people.

So one part of you is moving toward the life you want while another part is quietly protecting you from it, and that tension is where this work begins.

You can genuinely want a different life and still be running on the rules of the old one.

The deeper reason

That's why another technique doesn't always fix it

You can journal, visualize, pray, make the vision board and repeat the affirmations, and still find yourself back in the same patterns.

That doesn't mean manifestation doesn't work, and it doesn't mean you're doing spirituality wrong. More often it means the life you want still feels unfamiliar to you, or a little unsafe, or like it belongs to someone else.

So the work of this course is to find that internal code and change your relationship with it.

Why insight stops working

This may be why you feel stuck even though you know so much

Maybe you start things with real excitement and then lose momentum right when they begin to matter. You know exactly what to do, you still don't do it, and then you're hard on yourself for not doing it.

You might watch other women build what you want and feel inspired and uncomfortable at the same time. And when more money does come in, there's suddenly a new reason to worry about it, or when attention finally arrives, part of you wants to disappear.

And maybe you call yourself realistic, but sometimes you wonder if realism has quietly turned into fear.

The most frustrating part is knowing enough about personal development to explain the pattern perfectly, and still repeating it.

At some point insight on its own stops being enough, and that's really where this course begins.

Underneath the goal

You do not need another plan

A plan is only ever as strong as the person making it, because your goals don't exist separately from your beliefs. They sit on top of what you expect, who you think you are, and how you relate to money, love, being seen and receiving.

And those assumptions come with you into every new plan. They shape how you read an opportunity, how fast you retreat, and what you do when the thing you want starts becoming real.

So instead of starting with the goal, we start underneath it.

Why this is different

Two manifestation courses taught me everything.

I once paid $149 for a manifestation course. I thought it would be videos, maybe audio, something that walked me through it. It was a 300-page PDF. Just information, nothing to help me use any of it in my own life.

I've also invested $3,000 in a manifestation course that truly changed my life. A lot of what made the difference, the practice, the depth, going inward instead of just learning more, is what I built into these eight days.

And after almost fifteen years in this work, here's what I know. Information on its own isn't what changes you. You can know everything about limiting beliefs and still live by the same old code.

So I built this course to give you the transformation, not the textbook. Eight days of practice, one belief followed all the way down, and everything you need to keep going after Day Eight.

Introducing · The 8-Day Limiting Belief Reset™

A subconscious, spiritual and manifestation reset

This isn't eight days of positive thinking, and I'm not going to hand you a list of affirmations on Day One and ask you to force yourself to believe them.

Over eight days, you'll follow one meaningful belief through the internal system that has kept it alive. You'll start by noticing how it shows up and finding the belief underneath it, and then you'll look at where it came from, how it has shaped your behavior, which parts are truly yours and which you inherited, and what it may have been protecting. Once you've done that, you reconnect with the desire underneath it, create your New Code, and begin practicing the identity that belongs with it.

We'll also connect this work with manifestation, frequency, future-self work, inspired action, spirituality, receiving and surrender.

Psychology gives us one language for these experiences and spiritual traditions give us another, and Ouijdanism simply lets them sit in the same conversation.

A look inside

Before you decide,
hear it from me.

This is a few minutes from the welcome inside the course, where I share what this work actually looks at, and how I want us to move through it together.

The Ouijdanism Method

Observe · Understand · Release
Recode · Embody · Receive

We aren't approaching your old belief as an enemy. A recurring pattern usually makes more sense once you understand what it once represented, protected, or helped you avoid.

So instead of only asking why do I keep doing this, we ask a different question.

Why does this behavior make sense to some part of me?

Inside the reset

Eight days, one belief,
followed all the way down

I Day 1

The Story Beneath the Story

Before changing a belief, you need to be able to notice it.

You'll learn to separate what actually happened from the meaning your mind added afterward. Through the Camera Test and the Subtitle Method, you begin recognizing the internal commentary that often becomes so automatic it feels indistinguishable from reality.

You'll also learn the phrase I notice I think, which creates enough distance to observe a thought without immediately needing to argue with it or obey it.

The Day One meditation introduces the White Rose Garden, a recurring Ouijdanism visualization space that helps you release the emotional residue of the day before beginning deeper work.

You'll explore

  • Fact versus interpretation
  • Automatic internal stories
  • The Body Check
  • How stories participate in behavior
  • The belief hiding underneath ordinary moments

PracticeWatching the Story Arrive Meditation

II Day 2

Desire, Resistance & the Hidden Belief

A category isn't a belief. Money, love, success and visibility are areas of life. The belief is the sentence underneath them, and this day helps you find yours.

You'll work with the structure I want ______, but ______. The first half often reveals what you consciously desire. The second may reveal the expectation, fear, or internal conflict attached to receiving it.

You'll also explore why I don't know what I want can sometimes protect you from admitting something that feels risky.

You'll explore

  • Conscious desire versus unconscious expectation
  • The sentence underneath the category
  • How pressure and attachment affect behavior
  • Language that reveals a rule
  • Choosing the one belief you carry through the week
III Day 3

Where Did I Learn This?

Beliefs often feel permanent because we forget they have histories. This day is about origin without blame.

Family, culture, school, relationships, religion, social conditioning and ordinary childhood experiences can all contribute to the conclusions we form about what is safe, possible, deserved or expected.

Sometimes there's no dramatic event. A belief may come from repeated observation, emotional atmosphere, or one conclusion made with very limited information.

You'll separate what happened from what you concluded, and then decide what wisdom remains valuable without keeping the old conclusion intact.

You'll explore

  • Origin without blame
  • What the atmosphere of a home teaches
  • The conclusion a younger you made
  • What the belief helped you do at the time
  • Deciding what still deserves to organize your life

PracticeTimeline Release Meditation

IV Day 4

Your Inner Reality Is Already Creating

Beliefs don't remain neatly contained in thought. They influence behavior, attention, expectation, interpretation, and the choices you make under pressure.

This day looks closely at self-sabotage, inconsistent action, emotional pressure, and the relationship between your inner state and the reality you keep participating in.

We'll also begin exploring manifestation and vibrational alignment, not as an excuse to blame yourself for every external event, but as a way of understanding the relationship between internal patterns, behavior, attention, energy and the life you're moving toward.

The question becomes less about whether you want the goal, and more about whether your internal state is becoming available for it.

You'll explore

  • Patterns as beliefs with consequences
  • What the behavior gives you immediately
  • Timing, and when the pattern appears
  • Inner state and vibrational alignment
  • Letting behavior sharpen the belief
V Day 5

Is This Actually Mine?

Some beliefs were absorbed before you ever consciously chose them.

You may have grown up somewhere money felt tense and rest looked lazy, where success seemed to change relationships, or where women were expected to sacrifice, love had to be earned, and asking for anything felt selfish.

And what we inherit isn't always a sentence. Sometimes it's an identity, like the responsible one, or the achiever, the caretaker, the one who never needs help.

This day asks you to examine the role you may have learned to perform in order to belong, and what becomes possible when that role is no longer running every decision.

You'll explore

  • Inherited belief versus chosen belief
  • Whose voice is inside the sentence
  • The role you learned in order to belong
  • Guilt as an old rule rather than a compass
  • What you keep, and what you reconsider
VI Day 6

What Has This Belief Been Protecting?

Some patterns persist because they serve a purpose.

Avoiding visibility can keep you safe from criticism, and not taking action means nobody watches you fail. Emotional distance keeps you less exposed, and staying financially small can protect you from expectation, responsibility, or changes in where you belong.

The behavior may be frustrating, but it may also have represented safety.

The work isn't to shame that protective part. It's to understand what it has been trying to prevent, and whether the protection still matches the life you want to live now.

You'll explore

  • Long-term cost and short-term relief
  • The feeling it has been keeping you from
  • What you would become responsible for
  • Receiving, and your capacity to hold it
  • Whether the protection still fits your life

PracticeThe Protector Conversation

VII Day 7

Desire, Frequency & the New Code

Only after understanding the old belief do we begin constructing the new one.

This day starts with desire. What would you choose if you were not trying to avoid judgment, prove anything, remain familiar, or control exactly how everything unfolds?

From there you create a New Code that feels more accurate, expansive and believable. It isn't meant to be an affirmation your mind rejects the moment you say it, but a sentence you can genuinely start to grow into.

You'll also explore the frequency of the version of you living from this New Code, which means what she expects and allows, what she stops tolerating, how she makes decisions, and how receiving feels in her life.

You'll explore

  • Why beautiful affirmations get rejected
  • Gathering evidence before you write the sentence
  • Old Code, Bridge, New Code
  • The frequency that belongs with the new code
  • What you would do if you believed it

PracticeThe New Code Hypnosis™

VIII Day 8

The New Story

The final day brings everything together through identity, frequency, vision, action, faith and surrender.

You'll move forward through your internal timeline and meet the version of you for whom the New Code has become completely normal. Rather than imagining only the outcomes, you'll explore how she actually lives, how she handles disappointment and criticism, how she relates to money and support, and how she treats herself after a mistake.

Then you bring the vision back into the present and separate what belongs to your responsibility from what doesn't.

Your responsibility includes intention, honesty, choice, action, practice, discernment and participation. Timing, other people, unexpected openings, synchronicities and the exact path aren't fully yours to control.

And once you've done the part that belongs to you, there's still the part you can't control. That's where surrender and faith enter the conversation, and for me personally, that's where God enters too.

You'll explore

  • Future-self identity, not only outcomes
  • Your evidence and your process plan
  • Your three domino priorities
  • What belongs to you and what doesn't
  • Surrender after participation

PracticeThe New Story / New Code Embodiment

One belief, followed all the way down, and then rebuilt.

The first three days are about noticing. You catch the story, find the sentence under it, and trace where you learned it. Days four to six look at what it's been doing in your life, whose voice it really is, and what it's been protecting you from. And only then, on days seven and eight, do we build the new code and the woman who lives from it. So by the time you write something new, you actually know what you're replacing.

Join the 8-Day Reset

How the new code is built

Not an affirmation your system throws straight back out

Repeating a sentence your mind can't accept yet rarely makes it feel true, and often it just starts an argument in your head. So instead we build a bridge, a sentence honest enough to believe today that still moves you toward the new code.

Old Code

I will never have enough money.

Bridge

I am learning that I can create, receive and manage more money safely.

New Code

Having more money can feel normal, responsible and safe for me.

What you leave with

More than insight

Most courses leave you with a notebook full of realizations and no idea what to do on Monday. This one is built so you finish with something you can actually use.

By the end of the eight days you'll have your Old Code written in your own words, the Bridge your system can accept today, and the New Code you're practicing toward. You'll also have a clear picture of the woman living from it, three priorities to focus on, and a plan that separates what's yours to do from what you hand over.

So what you leave with isn't really a list of things you learned, it's a framework you can keep coming back to, with this belief and with the next one.

Ouijdane Ayad walking through an arched hallway

Your Old Code

The belief you no longer want quietly organizing your decisions.

Your New Code

The internal framework you want to practice instead.

Your Desire

A clearer understanding of what you genuinely want once fear, pressure and outside expectation are removed from the conversation.

Your Frequency

The emotional and energetic qualities you want to make more familiar.

Your Evidence

Concrete behaviors that show the New Code is beginning to exist beyond your journal.

Your Future-Self Identity

A practical understanding of how the version of you living your vision thinks, chooses, responds and behaves.

Your 3 Domino Priorities

Three areas of focus that can create meaningful movement across the months ahead.

Your Process Plan

The habits, decisions and actions within your control.

Your Surrender List

The aspects of your vision that belong to timing, God, divine intelligence and life itself.

Your Vision Board

A visual representation of the life, identity, emotional standards and experiences you're choosing to move toward.

The vision board

This is not a typical vision board

The board isn't simply a collection of possessions you hope to acquire.

You'll use it to represent who you're becoming and how your life actually feels, what has become normal and what you're receiving, how you handle difficulty and the kind of relationships around you, and what no longer belongs in this version of your life.

The point isn't only to see a beautiful future, it's to understand the woman who's living inside it.

The practice you keep

Five minutes,
most mornings

There's something that happens after a course like this. You feel clear for about ten days, and then life gets busy, and one Thursday you notice the old sentence running again and think, well, that didn't work.

But usually it isn't that it didn't work, it's that nothing was maintaining it.

So the recalibration is one minute in the body, one minute with the new code, and one small intention for the day.

Everything inside

What's included

  • 8 Video LessonsOne deep teaching for every stage of the Reset, one belief followed all the way down.
  • 8 WorkbooksFillable, one for every day, where the teaching lands in your own life.
  • 3 Signature MeditationsWatching the Story Arrive, Timeline Release, and The New Story.
  • The New Code Hypnosis™A Day Seven rehearsal in focused attention, so you practice responding from your New Code.

And alongside the eight days

Everything that holdsthe work in placelong after the eighth day

The eight workbooks

One workbook for every day, and this is where the teaching actually lands. Each one takes the day's lesson and turns it into questions and practices you work through with your own belief. Every day closes with the Body Check, so you can watch how quickly you come back to yourself. You keep them, and you can return with a new belief whenever you need to.

Three signature meditations

Watching the Story Arrive, Timeline Release and The New Story. The teaching speaks to your mind, and the meditations give you a way to experience the work rather than only understand it. Woven through them is the White Rose Garden, a space you can go back to on your own when a day gets heavy.

Eight bonuses

A Vision Board Masterclass, The New Code Journal, a sleep track, morning and evening meditations, an affirmation audio, and two deep guides on vibration and the chakras. They're there for what comes after, because clarity tends to fade when nothing is maintaining it.

Ouijdane Ayad meditating on a sofa

Three signature meditations

Insight matters,
but on its own it's rarely enough.

So the meditations are there to give you a chance to experience the work rather than only understand it intellectually, and to let what you're learning become something you've actually felt.

How it works

No start date.
No live schedule.

You'll receive everything the moment you enroll, and you keep it for good. You can begin today, or begin on a quieter week when you know you can give it your attention.

Most women move through it one day at a time, in order, because each day builds on the one before. But the material is yours, so if you need two days over one lesson, nothing is lost.

You can return to the meditations, the workbook and the recalibration as many times as you like, with any belief you find later.

An honest note before you join

This is a personal development course. This is not therapy and I am not a clinician. If something surfaces that feels bigger than a workbook, please take it to someone qualified. I say this inside the lessons too, because I mean it.

You're never asked to push through anything, because what this work needs from you is honesty, not endurance.

This is for you if

  • You're tired of collecting information without creating movement.
  • You have a vision for your life but sense that another part of you quietly pulls in the opposite direction.
  • You want to understand your patterns rather than simply fight them.
  • You want spirituality without abandoning discernment.
  • You're willing to question identities and beliefs that once felt permanent.
  • You want manifestation to become deeper than positive thinking.
  • You're willing to participate through action while surrendering what can't be controlled.

This isn't for you if

  • You want a guarantee of a specific external result without your participation.
  • You want manifestation to replace practical action.
  • You want someone else to make your decisions for you.
  • You want spirituality used as a reason to ignore reality.
  • You're unwilling to question any of the beliefs you currently treat as absolute truth.

What it does ask for is curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to participate and try a different internal response.

Portrait of Ouijdane Ayad

About

The hand that built this.

I'm Ouijdane. It's a cross-national name rooted in the idea of inner consciousness, the depths of the heart, the quiet awareness that recognizes truth beneath the noise. It carries a sense of deep joy, too, and an intuitive understanding of things. I didn't understand what I'd been given until much later.

I was the teenager sitting in the self-help section of the bookstore, curious about why people think the way they do and how beliefs are formed. Then life took me another way. I earned my MBA and spent years in the business world, before returning to the questions that first drew me in.

Almost six years ago, something in me woke up. It began with a dream of light, and I woke with three words: I am healing. I didn't know what it meant yet. I only knew a door had opened, and that life wasn't meant to be lived from survival, fear, proving and quiet exhaustion.

So I walked through it. I read the books and took the courses, and I sat in the rooms where transformation was being taught. I worked with healers, and I studied manifestation, energy, the subconscious, feminine embodiment and identity. I invested everything, my money, my years, my faith, my attention, including a $3,000 manifestation course that truly changed my life. And all of it was trying to answer one question. Why can a woman desire a new life and still be pulled back into the old one?

That question became personal after I went to Tony Robbins' three-day Unleash the Power Within. I came home and wrote down what I actually believed about success, money, love and relationships, and I found the contradictions. I wanted success, but part of me tied it to pressure. I wanted more money, but I worried about what more would demand of me.

And that's when I started asking a different question.

Why does this behavior make sense to some part of me?

Over time, the work stopped being something I consumed and became something I lived. I began to see the pattern beneath the pattern. Healing isn't only emotional. It's architectural. It's the code you've been living from.

That's what Ouijdanism is built on, and that's what The 8-Day Limiting Belief Reset™ will help you find.

In their words

What early readers noticed

Shared by women who worked through the course material before launch. Each is labeled by the part they are speaking about. Every experience is personal and yours will be your own.

Worked through the full 8-day Reset
I came into the Reset thinking my issue was that I needed to make more money. What surprised me was realizing that I had connected more money with more pressure, more responsibility, and people expecting more from me. Once I saw that, so much of my procrastination finally made sense. By the end of the eight days, I wasn’t trying to force myself to ‘think abundant.’ I actually had a new way of relating to money that felt believable.
On Day 2
I kept telling myself I wasn’t consistent enough in my business, but Day Two completely changed that for me. When I finished the sentence, ‘I want to be visible, but…’ what came out was, ‘I don’t want people judging me.’ I had never said that so clearly before. It explained why I would post, get attention, and then disappear. The course helped me see the pattern without shaming myself for it.
On Day 6
My biggest breakthrough was realizing that I wasn’t only afraid of being rejected. I was afraid of actually being loved and then losing it. I had built so much protection around that fear that unavailable relationships almost felt safer. Day Six was emotional for me, but in the best way. For the first time, I understood why the pattern existed instead of just calling myself bad at relationships.
On Day 5
Day Five stayed with me the most. I realized I had spent years being ‘the responsible one’ in my family, and I had built an entire identity around never needing help. I thought independence was simply my personality. I didn’t realize how much it was affecting the way I received support, love, and even opportunities. That question, ‘Who did I learn I had to be in order to belong?’, opened something huge for me.
On the meditations · The White Rose Garden
The White Rose Garden became my favorite part of the course. I started using it even outside the meditation. If I had a difficult conversation or felt like I had absorbed everyone else’s mood that day, I would close my eyes for a few minutes and mentally go back to the garden. It helped me stop carrying every interaction into the rest of my evening.
On the New Code process
I’ve tried affirmations before, but most of them felt fake to me. The New Code process was different because I could actually see the bridge between the belief I had and the belief I wanted to live from. Instead of telling myself something my mind immediately rejected, I created a statement that felt possible. That made me want to practice it instead of argue with it.
On the Reset as a whole
I loved that the course didn’t make me choose between spirituality and understanding my own patterns. I believe in manifestation and God, but I also wanted something deeper than just ‘raise your vibration.’ The Reset gave me language for both. I could look at my beliefs honestly and still leave room for faith, intuition, and surrender.
On Day 8 & the vision board
Day Eight changed the way I think about my future self. I used to picture the house, the money, the lifestyle, all the external things. This time I was asking how she handles disappointment, what she tolerates, how she speaks to herself, what she does on an ordinary Tuesday. My vision board feels completely different now because it actually represents a life and an identity, not just a collection of pretty pictures.

A year from now

Which door will it be?

Door one

Another year of knowing exactly what you want and quietly moving away from it. Another vision board, another plan, another set of affirmations your mind argues with, and the same sentence after but still making the decisions.

Door two

You know the belief that used to run your choices and where it came from. You've built a New Code you can actually believe, and when the old voice gets loud, you notice it and come back to yourself faster. The vision is the same, but the woman walking toward it isn't.

Door two starts with one sentence. Let's find yours.

Questions

When can I join?

Enrollment is open now and closes on the 18th. After that, the doors stay closed until the 8th of next month.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final and there are no refunds. Everything opens the moment you enroll. If you ever have trouble accessing it, email [email protected] and I'll help.

How long do I have access?

For good. Lifetime access to every lesson, workbook, meditation and bonus.

But I have already done a lot of inner work.

That may actually help. This course isn't built on the assumption that you know nothing. You may have read the books, journaled for years, explored therapy, practiced manifestation, made vision boards, used affirmations, prayed, and learned a great deal about yourself already. The frustration usually comes when intellectual understanding doesn't automatically change the emotional pattern. The Reset gives you one belief to work with deeply instead of another hundred concepts to consume.

What if I do not know what my limiting belief is?

You aren't expected to arrive knowing. You begin with ordinary moments, like a message that went unanswered, something you've been putting off, a money decision, a comparison, or a reaction that felt bigger than the situation, and from there we follow the pattern until the belief underneath it becomes easier to recognize.

What if I am not good at visualizing?

You don't need to see vivid images in your mind. Some people imagine in pictures while others hear, sense, or simply know, and the exercises are designed so your experience doesn't need to look like anyone else's.

What if I fall behind?

There's nothing to fall behind on, because nothing expires, nothing unlocks on a schedule, and nobody is tracking your progress. If you miss a day, you simply continue, and if a lesson needs two days, give it two days.

Is this psychology or manifestation?

Both are part of the course. We'll talk about beliefs, attention, behavior, identity, learning and emotional patterns, and at the same time about spirituality, manifestation, energy, frequency, receiving, intuition, divine guidance and surrender. Ouijdanism was created in the space where those two conversations meet.

Do I have to believe in God?

You don't have to use my language. When I say God, you may use God, Source, the Universe, divine intelligence, higher wisdom, or the spiritual framework that genuinely belongs to you. The course isn't designed to define that relationship for you.

Does this mean I manifested every bad thing that ever happened to me?

No. The purpose of this work isn't to turn manifestation into blame. We can acknowledge that our inner world influences interpretation, behavior, attention, decisions and the patterns we participate in, without pretending we control every circumstance or every other person. What we're after is a sense of agency, not self-blame.

Your reset starts the day you decide it does

Another plan can't release
an old belief for you.

A vision board can't take action for you, and an affirmation can't stand in for what you actually do.

The shift begins when you become conscious of the code you've been living from and start practicing something different.
